2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use PowNow, we collect:

• Account and contact details, including name, email, telephone number, and sign-in information
• Passenger and booking details, including title, date of birth, itinerary, selected extras, fare acknowledgements, and airline booking references
• Payment records such as amount, currency, payment status, PaymentIntent and charge identifiers, card brand, last four digits, and wallet type
• Travel preferences, home airport, alerts, watchlists, and support conversations
• Device, log, cookie, analytics, and service-interaction data

Card details are collected securely by Stripe's payment components. PowNow does not receive or store the full card number or security code.

3. How We Use Information

• Search, create, manage, support, and refund travel bookings
• Verify payment status, prevent duplicate bookings, detect fraud, and resolve disputes
• Send confirmations, service messages, powder alerts, and communications you request
• Personalize and improve PowNow and measure service usage
• Meet accounting, legal, regulatory, and security obligations

4. Legal Bases

We process data as needed to provide a contract or respond before a contract, to comply with legal obligations, for legitimate interests such as service security and improvement, and with consent where the law requires it. You can withdraw consent for future consent-based processing.

5. Who Receives Information

We share only what is needed with:

• Duffel, operating airlines, and travel suppliers to price, create, service, cancel, and refund bookings
• Stripe and financial institutions to authorize payments, issue refunds, prevent fraud, and handle disputes
• Hosting, database, email, storage, analytics, and customer-support providers acting for us
• Professional advisers, regulators, courts, or law enforcement where required

We do not sell personal information.

6. International Transfers

Airlines and service providers may process data outside the United Kingdom. Where transfer rules apply, we use an approved legal mechanism or rely on another lawful safeguard.

7. Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Booking, payment, refund, tax, fraud, and dispute records may need to be retained after an account is closed. We delete or anonymize data when it is no longer required, subject to legal holds and mandatory retention periods.

8. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, erase, restrict, or receive your personal data, or object to certain processing. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
