PowNow provides snow-condition information, travel discovery, alerts, and selected flight-booking services. Some accommodation, transfer, lift-pass, or other travel links are affiliate links to independent third parties. Where you leave PowNow to book with a third party, that third party's terms apply to the purchase.
When our checkout says that you are paying PowNow, PowNow accepts your payment for the flight and any separately disclosed PowNow booking fee. Flight inventory and ticketing are supplied through Duffel and its airline partners. The operating airline is responsible for carriage, schedules, baggage handling, and the operation of the flight.
A request to book is not confirmed until we send a booking confirmation containing the airline booking details. Availability and price may change before confirmation. If we cannot confirm the reservation, we will not capture the card authorization, or we will void it if it has already been created.
Before payment, checkout shows the flight price, selected extras, PowNow booking fee, currency, and total. Your bank may apply its own exchange-rate or card charges. We authorize the total on your card when you submit payment and capture it only after the flight reservation is confirmed.
An authorization can temporarily reduce your available balance even though it is not a completed charge. Banks control how quickly a voided or expired authorization disappears from an account.
You must provide complete and accurate passenger information. Names must match the passengers' travel documents. You are responsible for passports, visas, health requirements, insurance, check-in, and arriving on time. Airlines may refuse travel when these requirements are not met.
Airline fare rules shown before payment form part of your booking. Some fares are non-refundable or cannot be changed. Where a change or cancellation is allowed, airline penalties, fare differences, and any clearly disclosed service charge may apply.
Submit eligible cancellation or refund requests through PowNow support. We will show the available refund quote before you confirm a cancellation where the supplier makes one available. Refunds are returned to the original payment method after the airline or Duffel confirms eligibility. Bank processing times are outside our control.
Airlines may change or cancel flights. Applicable airline terms and passenger-rights law determine rebooking, care, compensation, and refund eligibility. PowNow will provide booking support and pass on eligible refunds that we receive or can process, but does not operate the flight.
The checkout and booking confirmation will state the financial protection, if any, that applies to a flight booking and will provide any certificate or notice required for that booking. Do not assume a booking is ATOL protected unless the required ATOL information and certificate are provided.
Weather forecasts, snow reports, condition scores, and recommendations are estimates based on third-party data. Conditions can change quickly. Verify official resort and travel information and consider suitable travel insurance before departure.
You are responsible for keeping account access secure and for providing current contact information. You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with checkout, or use automated means to abuse availability or pricing systems.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, PowNow is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate information supplied by you, events outside our reasonable control, or an airline's performance of carriage.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we use passenger, booking, and payment-related data. Contact PowNow support promptly if a booking or charge appears incorrect so that we can investigate. This does not limit any right you have to contact your card issuer.
We may update these Terms for future use of the service. The terms accepted at checkout continue to apply to that booking unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory rights and may also be entitled to bring proceedings in the courts where you live.
